The transformer coil winding machine adopts automatic wire laying technology, which guarantees to wind the wire precisely. The transformer coil winding machine is also provided with a servo motor to drive the wire guide. One 7.5kw motor provides a big torque for the coil winding machine to wind different coils. With a potentiometer on the board, the winding speed of the transformer coil winding machine can be adjusted steplessly. The rotating direction of the winding shaft can be switched through the foot pedal. One touch screen is adopted to provide a user friendly interface to input all the parameters. With PLC control system, it is very easy to operate the transformer coil winding machine.
